He has worked in executive, management, and sales roles, developing marketing and e-Commerce strategies, web development projects, and other business development strategies. As an executive with CarFolks.com he is helping auto dealers get credit online for everything they do right. His company, The Dubis Group works with companies, primarily in the automotive space who are looking to take their operations to the next level. He previously held the position of Editor of Digital Dealer magazine, where he wrote-about the state of technology, eCommerce and strategies that helped dealerships advance their Web agenda's.

Dale Pollak is a highly sought-after authority on maximizing dealership profits from pre-owned vehicle operations, providing insight into the everyday challenges faced by today’s principals and managers.

Ken Potter
VP of Automotive, CarsDirect.com

As Vice-President of Automotive, Kenneth Potter oversees all aspects of the online broker service, CarsDirect. This covers customer service, sales, dealer and industry relations, and all F&I related products.
Mr. Potter has served CarsDirect and its successor Internet Brands, Inc. in this role for 6 years and has been instrumental in developing and managing the overall consumer experience from the website through the completed sales process. Prior to joining Internet Brands, Inc., Mr. Potter served as General Manager of CarMax in various locations.
Mr. Potter served four years in the US Air Force’s Nuclear Missile Program and was honorably discharged.

D.J. Harrington
Founder and CEO, Phone Logic, Inc.

Often referred to as the Doctor, he's happy to give his audiences a check up from the neck up! D.J.'s sales, leadership and telephone skills training has been used by the Club Managers Association of America, General Motors, Volvo of North America, Audi, Daimler Chrysler, Mercedes Benz, Rolls Royce, BMW, and Jaguar. Ken Karg

Ken has held positions in every department in the dealership including Fixed Ops, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and Dealer Principal. During his tenure with Reynolds and Reynolds as a Professional Training and Consulting Representative, he was recognized for leadership in Internet marketing and business development for automotive manufacturers. His overall career focus has been on automotive dealership management, eCommerce, and digital marketing development. David Hein, CEO of CF Media Group said, “Ken is one of those people that need to be cloned, as our industry could use a few hundred more people with his passion and drive to improve the auto retailing process."

Ralph Paglia
Automotive Digital Marketing

Ralph Paglia is responsible for business development at ADP’s Digital Marketing Group. Paglia helped establish strategic alliances for ADP with digital marketing enterprises such as Google, Yahoo!, KBB, Specific Media, Jumpstart, DealerRater, Ning and DoubleClick. He has over 20 years of automotive experience including Reynolds Consulting Practice Leader and several dealership management positions. At Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix, his Internet and BDC teams generated over 4,000 vehicle sales in 2006. Paglia has developed digital dealer programs for Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Toyota and others. Paglia recently collaborated with Ford marketing executives to create and launch the Ford Digital Advertising Program for Dealers.
