His company, The Dubis Group works with companies, primarily in the automotive space who are looking to take their operations to the next level. Darin is a member of the vAuto Sales Team and has played an important role in vAuto’s explosive growth of the vAuto. Prior to joining vAuto, Darin had a successful career with The Cobalt Group as a Regional Manager driving monumental sales revenues. Darin started out his career in retail automotive working in various dealerships holding several positions in both the Service and Parts departments for three very successful dealer groups in the Chicagoland area. Darin has completed multiple professional training modules including Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, SPIN Selling, STAR Interviewing, DISC Performance Analysis, and Performance Coaching. As Vice-President of Automotive, Kenneth Potter oversees all aspects of the online broker service, CarsDirect. This covers customer service, sales, dealer and industry relations, and all F&I related products. Mr. Potter has served CarsDirect and its successor Internet Brands, Inc. in this role for 6 years and has been instrumental in developing and managing the overall consumer experience from the website through the completed sales process.
