Sean V BradleyThe automotive retail landscape has been changed forever. The events of the last year have been a very strong wakeup call for all dealers. Our event this fall will provide dealers with a blueprint to rebuild their business in a way that leverages solid, tested processes with new cutting edge technologies to better serve customers in this new world.

The events of the last twelve months have been a strong wakeup call to all of those working in the auto retailing market. Dealers recognize they need to adapt to new ways of doing business in an ever changing marketplace. After last year's very successful Synergy Session event in New Orleans and over 300 industry attendees, this year's event in October will be even bigger.

The Keynote speaker will be John Ferber, who along with his brother Scott was the Co-Founder of Advertising.com, which was acquired by AOL in 2004 for $495 million dollars. Advertising.com now has a book value of approximately 10 billion dollars and is the cornerstone of AOL's future. John and Scott were named in 2000 as Entrepreneurs of the Year by Ernst and Young LLP. John is currently the CEO of USO Networks, the premier Video Search Engine Optimization Company.

The Synergy Sessions will also offer as an option a full day of FranklinCovey training, led by certified Dealer Synergy trainers Sean V. Bradley and Karen Uriarte. This training will focus on time management and leadership skills and take the lessons from the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and apply various aspects to the issues faced everyday in the auto retailing arena. Dealer owners who have taken this course have shared that what they learned changed both their business and personal lives for the better.

This three day training and networking event provides auto retailers with an opportunity to increase performance efficiencies, update the way they manage their companies, and learn how to utilize technologies that consumers are utilizing during the vehicle shopping process.

Dale Pollak, founder of vAuto, industry expert and author of the book "Velocity" will be sharing ways that dealers can improve their inventory-turn and focus on acquiring vehicles that are in demand in local markets. Mark Dubis, former editor of Digital Dealer Magazine and a past Interim Director of the Automotive Association of Internet Sales Professionals (AAISP) will be speaking about online reputation management and how more consumers are influenced by reviews and ratings.

CEO of Dealer Synergy, Sean V. Bradley said, "Every year this event improves and provides more value for those attending. With all the challenges in our economy, it is even more critical this year that we offer solutions to dealers which they can implement quickly and establish a solid return on their investment."
